Discovery & Strategy
The Realtor (Significant Guests) project was born from a mission to elevate guest management and hospitality experiences for high-end events and premium venues. Our discovery phase focused on understanding the challenges faced by luxury event planners and hospitality teams — including fragmented communication, manual scheduling, and inconsistent guest experience tracking.
We conducted in-depth UX research and competitor benchmarking to identify areas where design could make a tangible difference — simplifying the complexity of event coordination while keeping the brand image elegant and professional.
