Discovery & Strategy
The Syncult project began with a clear mission — to bridge the gap between technology and agriculture. Our discovery phase focused on understanding the real pain points of modern farmers, agri-tech investors, and operational teams. Through workshops and interviews, we identified challenges such as manual inefficiencies, data fragmentation, and poor visibility across farming operations.

Creation & Deliverables
The creation process involved designing a comprehensive platform experience — from user flow mapping to interactive dashboards. We established a robust design system ensuring scalability, modularity, and consistency across all components.
